Service Quality Officer

About the role

The Service Quality Officer supports the consistent delivery of high‑quality services by monitoring performance, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards and procedures. The role involves conducting inspections, reviewing customer feedback, supporting corrective actions, and maintaining accurate quality records. Collaboration with operational and support teams is essential to promote best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits and walk‑throughs at project sites across the UAE.
• Identify, document and communicate quality observations, deviations and best practices.
• Provide on‑site quality coaching to operational teams to align with standards.
• Act as the regional QA/QC liaison between central quality and project teams.
• Support project handovers and ensure ongoing quality compliance throughout lifecycles.
• Escalate major non‑conformances, define corrective actions and monitor site‑level quality KPIs.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Engineering, Quality or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA/QC Engineer or Service Quality role with hands‑on site audits.
• Professional certification such as ISO 9001‑2015 Internal Auditor, Lean Six Sigma or Quality Management is advantageous.
• Current manual driving licence.
