Service Sales Driver - ROW Region

About the role

Danfoss is looking for a Service Sales Driver for the Rest of World (ROW) region, based in Dubai. The role helps grow the company's lifecycle services business by helping customers maximise uptime, improve performance and extend the value of their installed equipment. You will act as a trusted commercial partner, linking customer needs with service agreements, lifecycle spare parts programmes and value-added service solutions, and will work closely with regional sales teams, channel partners and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle service solutions that improve customer uptime, efficiency and asset performance.
• Grow service agreements, spare parts programmes and service offerings to create recurring revenue and long-term customer value.
• Identify opportunities within the installed base and turn them into sustainable service business growth.
• Partner with OEMs, distributors, service partners and sales teams to increase service adoption across the ROW region.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and countries to accelerate service initiatives and deliver successful customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience selling industrial services, aftermarket solutions, technical B2B offerings or related business development solutions.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value for customers.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, service partners and end customers in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven stakeholder management, relationship-building and pipeline development capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across international and matrix organisations while driving results through influence.
