Service Supervisor – Cementing

As a Service Supervisor I‑Cementing you will coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at well sites, delivering quality service to customers while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing operations at the well site, providing instructions to crew and managing equipment.
• Plan job execution, perform necessary calculations, and ensure clean‑up, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Lead a mixed crew of Halliburton and non‑Halliburton employees, evaluate performance, and provide training to improve job performance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, resolve disputes within approved levels, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities that impact revenue and service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least one year of experience as a Service Operator‑Cementing II.
• Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an oil field environment.
• Commitment to safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and quality improvement processes.
