Shipping Coordinator – Outbound Logistics

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage daily outbound shipping operations. You will ensure shipments reach customers, agents, and stockists on time while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare airway bills, bills of lading, delivery advice and other shipping documents.
- Enter shipment data into ERP/WMS systems and perform data validation.
- Monitor shipment progress, track delivery timelines and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution.
- Maintain compliance with customs, Free Zone regulations and company procedures.
- Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
- Familiarity with courier, freight forwarding and customs processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
