Shipping Coordinator – Outbound Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage daily outbound shipping operations. You will ensure shipments reach customers, agents, and stockists on time while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare airway bills, bills of lading, delivery advice and other shipping documents.
• Enter shipment data into ERP/WMS systems and perform data validation.
• Monitor shipment progress, track delivery timelines and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution.
• Maintain compliance with customs, Free Zone regulations and company procedures.
• Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Familiarity with courier, freight forwarding and customs processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
