Shop Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑oriented Shop Assistant to join our team at Abu Dhabi International Airport. You will be the front‑line representative of Capi‑Lux, delivering an inspiring shopping experience to travelers and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, including merchandising and displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, card payments and refunds.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and assist with deliveries and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and support store opening, closing and periodic stock takes.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines and stay informed about product features and promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Eligibility to work at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
