About the role
The SINYAR Explorer Programme is a six‑month, paid, part‑time initiative designed for ambitious Emirati talent. Participants will receive industry‑led technical training, rotate across business functions, and build a professional network within Orient Insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Attend scheduled technical training sessions and workshops.
- Complete cross‑functional job rotations to gain broad business exposure.
- Collaborate on real‑world insurance projects under mentorship.
- Develop professional and workplace skills through structured activities.
- Prepare for potential full‑time employment upon successful completion.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- High school graduate, diploma student, university student, or fresh graduate not currently employed.
- Motivated to start a career in the insurance sector.
Required skills
What we offer
- Paid part‑time position (4 hours per day, Monday‑Friday).
- Two shift options: 8:30 am–12:30 pm or 12:30 pm–4:30 pm.
- Mentorship from experienced insurance professionals.
- Opportunity to be considered for a full‑time role after the programme.
