About the role
The SINYAR Graduate Program (SGP) is an 18‑month structured journey for high‑potential Emirati fresh graduates. It blends workplace exposure, mentorship, functional rotations and real business assignments to accelerate professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in functional rotations across the business.
- Work on real business challenges and project assignments.
- Engage in structured learning and mentorship activities.
Required profile
- Emirati fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree and GPA of 2.8+.
- Up to one year of experience, aged up to 27.
- Male candidates must have completed National Service.
