About the role
The Sinyar Graduate Program (SGP) is an 18‑month structured journey designed for high‑potential Emirati fresh graduates. Participants will rotate across functional areas, receive mentorship, and work on real business assignments to build essential capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Complete functional rotations to gain broad business exposure.
- Undertake real‑world projects and business challenges aligned with company priorities.
- Participate in structured learning modules and mentorship sessions.
Required profile
- Emirati fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree and GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Up to one year of work experience, aged up to 27.
- Male candidates must have completed National Service.
