About the role
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Site Civil Engineer to independently manage daily site operations, supervise teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction site activities.
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Plan daily work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and resolve site issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned site activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant site experience.
- Strong site management and team coordination skills.
- Experience in waterproofing, roofing, or insulation is an advantage.
- Ability to independently handle site responsibilities.
