Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Are you a proactive Site Engineer with strong structural and operational construction experience, able to coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality delivery in line with project specifications, drawings, program requirements and QA/QC standards? Join ALEC Holdings in the UAE to support complex multi-floor fit-out and finishing works.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings and method statements to confirm feasibility and clarity.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections, raise work inspection requests and follow up on QA/QC comments.
• Track progress on assigned packages and report status to leadership.
• Support safety procedures, monitor compliance and assist in preparing red-line and as-built documentation.

Required profile

• First‑Aid certification.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Ability to liaise with internal teams and subcontractors while maintaining attention to detail.
• Awareness of safety practices and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
