Site Engineer cum Executive Planner – Dubai

About the role

The role combines on‑site engineering with executive planning for power‑solution projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning and handover of UPS, battery chargers, VFDs and related equipment while ensuring projects meet quality, safety and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute installation, testing and commissioning activities on site according to approved drawings, SLDs and specifications.
• Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, procurement and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings, cable schedules, layouts and BOQs; verify material deliveries against specifications.
• Maintain DPR, MIR, IR, ITP, commissioning reports and as‑built documentation.
• Manage FAT/SAT, inspections, punch‑point closure and final project handover.
• Escalate technical, quality or schedule issues as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Relevant experience in project execution, planning, testing and commissioning of power‑solution equipment.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project reporting and documentation.
