Site Engineer – Fit-Out Construction (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee fit‑out interior construction projects in Dubai on a 6‑month contract, extendable based on performance. The role involves supervising labour, coordinating materials, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on site.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate daily work to the labour force, monitor setting‑out, and ensure accurate execution of layouts.
• Maintain labour output registers, time sheets, and overtime records to evaluate workforce productivity.
• Coordinate material receipt, handling, and record‑keeping with stores, and flag any tool or plant damages.
• Supervise site safety and quality compliance, adhering to company HSE policies and zero‑snag targets.
• Report progress, issues, and resource needs to the line manager and escalate special requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• 3–5 years of site supervision experience in construction, fit‑out, or interior projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality control, and material coordination.
