Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer with strong fit‑out and finishing experience to join our multi‑floor construction projects. You will coordinate activities on‑site, manage subcontractors, and ensure that work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and method statements to confirm feasibility and compliance.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and raise work inspection requests to the QA/QC department.
• Track progress of assigned tasks and report status against the programme.
• Ensure all works adhere to design intent, QA/QC standards and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a solid background in fit‑out and finishing works.
• Experience managing subcontractors on complex, multi‑floor projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, method statements and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, project leadership and internal teams.
• Commitment to safety and quality throughout the construction lifecycle.
