Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed to drawings, specifications and quality standards. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and in‑house labour while working closely with project managers, designers and the procurement team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities and ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and in‑house labour.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and project schedules.
• Review drawings and identify technical or site‑related issues before execution.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper workmanship.
• Prepare daily site updates, progress reports and site documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging and project handover.
• Ensure proper health, safety and site organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in residential renovation, interior fit‑out or construction preferred.
• Good understanding of architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
• Strong site coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately or on short notice.
