Site Engineer – Marble & Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

The Site Engineer will supervise and coordinate marble, fit‑out and construction activities on site, ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications, quality standards, schedules and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for marble, fit‑out and construction works and monitor progress against the approved schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural and detailed shop drawings.
• Oversee marble fabrication, delivery, installation, polishing and snagging, and ensure proper protection of completed works.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and documentation for inspections and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
• 5‑10 years of site engineering experience, preferably in marble, stone, fit‑out or interior works.
• Hands‑on knowledge of marble/stone installation, cutting, fixing, polishing and finishing.
• UAE driving licence holder.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural and shop drawings.
• Practical knowledge of marble and stone installation techniques.
• AutoCAD (preferred).
• MS Office and project documentation tools.
