Site Engineer (Plumbing) - MEP

About the role

Innovo Group is looking for a Site Engineer (Plumbing) to support plumbing site engineering on its MEP projects in Abu Dhabi. The role verifies installation works against drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Verify plumbing installations comply with approved drawings and specifications, and conduct routine site walks to flag deviations from design intent.
• Prepare inspection request documentation and support consultant inspections, coordinating access and readiness of work areas.
• Maintain plumbing site technical records and progress reports, and update as-built markups and submittal logs.
• Liaise with plumbing subcontractor foremen to sequence installation works with other trades, and escalate site queries and clashes to the Senior Site Engineer (Plumbing).
• Support quality checks before handover and ensure site personnel follow HSE procedures.
• Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency, and encourage innovation to reduce costs without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2-4 years of plumbing MEP site engineering experience.
