Site Engineer Renovation & Fit-Out

About the role

Revive Building Contracting LLC, a Dubai‑based contractor specialising in premium residential renovations, villa upgrades, interior fit‑out, landscaping and custom joinery, is seeking a Site Engineer. The role involves managing and coordinating day‑to‑day activities on residential renovation and fit‑out projects across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities, ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and in‑house labour, monitoring progress, manpower, materials and schedules.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, designers and the procurement team.
• Review drawings, identify technical or site‑related issues before execution and conduct regular quality checks.
• Prepare daily site updates, progress reports and documentation, and coordinate inspections, snagging and handover.
• Maintain health, safety and site organisation, taking ownership of assigned projects and proactively resolving issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in residential renovation, interior fit‑out or construction; UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
• Strong site coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication, organised, punctual and accountable.
• Based in Dubai; UAE driving licence is an advantage.
