Site Manager – Operations Leader in Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Leader to serve as Site Manager, driving production ramp‑up, process excellence, and team performance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure smooth plant operations, uphold the highest quality and safety standards, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead plant operations covering production, maintenance, and logistics.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high‑performing team.
• Set up materials, machinery, and personnel to create efficient production lines.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, project management, and HR across Saudi and US sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and corporate leadership.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• 3 years of hands‑on experience with welding, cutting, forming, fabrication and quality specifications.
• Strong knowledge of production management, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; able to work effectively in Saudi Arabia.
