Site Manager – Piling & Shoring Projects

About the role

Trevi Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations for piling, shoring and deep foundation works across the UAE. The role demands strong leadership, strict safety adherence and the ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities for piling, shoring and foundation projects, ensuring safety, quality and cost control.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors and the workforce to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate construction work in line with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor progress against schedules, milestones and budget targets.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and materials efficiently to maximise productivity.
• Review and implement construction methodologies for piling, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, micropiles and shoring systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce HSE regulations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and support commercial and contractual matters as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in piling, shoring and deep foundation projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale foundation works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
