Site Superintendent - Roads And Infrastructure Arabic Speaker

About the role

Al Marwan Group is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead roads and infrastructure works across the UAE. The role focuses on wet utilities, pipelines, roadworks and coordination with local authorities, ensuring safe and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities for roads, wet utilities, pipelines and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate daily operations, manpower, equipment, subcontractors and material deliveries to maximise productivity.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules, specifications and quality standards, reporting milestones to management.
• Oversee installation of water pipelines, sewer networks, drainage systems and utility corridors.
• Liaise with authorities such as SEWA, DEWA, EtihadWE and municipal bodies to obtain approvals and resolve issues.
• Review construction drawings, method statements and work procedures, identifying and solving site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies and quality requirements.
• Lead, mentor and manage site teams, supervisors and foremen.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or equivalent on mid‑ to large‑scale projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record in roads and infrastructure construction, especially wet utilities and pipeline works.
• Extensive experience coordinating with SEWA, DEWA, EtihadWE and other authorities.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority regulations.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (required).
