Site Supervisor - Carpet Installation Projects

About the role

Rugs and Carpets is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee carpet installation projects across Dubai and the UAE. The successful candidate will coordinate installation teams, ensure quality workmanship, communicate with clients and make sure every project is completed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation activities and coordinate installers and helpers
• Conduct site inspections and verify measurements before installation
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards and monitor project progress
• Resolve on-site issues professionally and communicate with customers about installation schedules
• Prepare daily progress reports
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in flooring, fit-out or construction
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• UAE driving licence highly preferred
• Familiarity with carpet and flooring installations is a strong advantage
