Site Supervisor - Interior fit-out

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead interior fit‑out activities, ensuring that partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting and finishing works are delivered to the required quality and schedule. Reporting to project management, the role coordinates subcontractors, labour teams and material deliveries on site in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit‑out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting and finishing.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labour teams and material deliveries.
• Ensure execution follows approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and arrange timely rectification of defects.
• Monitor site safety and enforce HSE requirements.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and communicate updates to management.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers and other contractors on site.
• Assist with project handover, snagging and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Ability to read construction and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE construction and safety standards.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
