Site Supervisor - Interior Fit‑Out & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Site Supervisor to manage interior fit‑out and construction projects. The role involves supervising carpentry and joinery works, coordinating multiple trades, and ensuring quality, safety and timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily site activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, budgets and deadlines.
• Allocate manpower, tools and equipment, monitor productivity and workmanship.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and workshop teams to ensure timely material deliveries and installations.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, look‑ahead schedules, material requests and snag lists.
• Control material wastage, minimise rework and ensure proper snag rectification.
• Maintain site records and support complete project handover and close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years UAE experience in interior fit‑out and construction, including site supervision.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience supervising carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, painters, HVAC technicians and general labourers.
• Strong coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and workshop teams.

Required skills

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP and joinery drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Knowledge of carpentry and joinery fabrication and installation (kitchens, wardrobes, doors, cabinetry, wall paneling, ceilings, bespoke furniture).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, reporting, scheduling tools and AutoCAD or similar drawing‑review software.
• Ability to prepare material take‑offs, manpower requirements and realistic project schedules.
• Implement site safety procedures, inspection protocols and quality‑control checklists.
