About the role

We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on high‑end residential projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and approved drawings.
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship for luxury finishes and bespoke structural details.
• Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and in‑house labor to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays early, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage receipt, storage, and utilization of construction materials, minimizing waste.
• Enforce strict compliance with local safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Provide regular progress reports, daily logs, and updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience, preferably in high‑end residential construction.
• Intermediate career level with strong leadership and coordination abilities.
