Site Supervisor – Soft Services

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all soft‑services operations at the assigned facility, ensuring that housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control and related services are delivered to the highest standards. This role acts as the primary on‑site contact for clients, tenants and service providers, guaranteeing compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day soft‑services activities, including cleaning schedules, waste collection, landscaping and pest control.
• Allocate tasks, monitor attendance and performance of cleaners, waste handlers, gardeners and subcontractors.
• Conduct toolbox talks, shift briefings and on‑the‑job training.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery, and maintain consumable stocks.
• Oversee waste segregation, transportation and disposal in line with local regulations.
• Manage landscaping contracts, irrigation systems and external area upkeep.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly quality inspections, address deficiencies and support client audits.
• Respond promptly to client complaints, service requests and coordinate with occupants.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising soft‑services teams in a facilities environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and environmental waste regulations.
• Ability to monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs and quality metrics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
