Site Supervisor – Turnkey Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead turnkey interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. The role involves overseeing civil, joinery and MEP works to ensure high‑quality delivery within schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and coordinate civil, joinery, MEP and finishing works according to approved drawings.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors and daily work allocation, monitoring progress against milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety compliance and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates and documentation, and ensure proper receipt and use of materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years UAE experience supervising interior fit‑out sites, including retail, commercial, office, hotel, F&B and luxury residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
