Site Technical Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking experienced Site Technical Managers to lead technical supervision on large‑scale infrastructure projects in Dubai, UAE. You will be part of a global multidisciplinary consultancy delivering world‑class infrastructure and environmental solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of site supervision for major construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations.
• Review and approve technical submissions, designs, and methodologies.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, and technical performance, providing regular reports.
• Support decision‑making on technical issues and contribute to risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of experience in construction supervision and technical management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• PMP certification is preferred.
