Ski Instructor – Private & Group Lessons

About the role

We are looking for a certified Ski (or Snowboard) Instructor to deliver private and group lessons at our Ski Academy. The role involves teaching guests of all ages and abilities, ensuring safety, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct private and group ski/snowboard lessons for all skill levels, including guests with special needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, guide bookings, promote additional services and upsell lessons.
• Inspect, fit and ensure safety of rental equipment before each session.
• Maintain full supervision of guests during lessons and enforce safety and access control procedures.
• Support revenue growth by promoting Ski Egypt services and achieving academy targets.
• Participate in instructor training, onboarding of new staff, and assist in competitions and events.
• Adhere to company grooming standards, SOPs, HSE policies and maintain a professional appearance.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and assist other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Internationally certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor.
• Minimum one season of experience in a ski academy, with prior experience teaching children.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to adapt to flexible working hours.

Required skills

• International ski instructor certification.
• Advanced skiing and snowboarding proficiency.
