About the role

Responsible for providing professional skincare advice tailored to individual customer needs and concerns. The role combines product expertise, consultation services, and in‑store treatments to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth skin consultations to understand customer concerns, skin types, and beauty goals.
• Perform professional facial treatments and skincare services in the designated beauty room.
• Drive sales of skincare and haircare products through consultative selling techniques and achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain treatment areas, tools, and equipment to the highest standards and support visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a skincare, beauty advisor, aesthetician, or similar customer‑facing beauty role.
• Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a multi‑brand retail environment with proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, skin concerns, and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer consultation.
