Smart Home Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Smart Home Technician to join Zhome’s growing team in the UAE. The role involves hands‑on installation and commissioning of residential smart home solutions, ensuring a seamless and reliable user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure smart home devices including lighting, curtain automation, air‑conditioning control, smart switches and security systems.
• Conduct site visits, technical surveys and assess wiring requirements for apartments and villas.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, system testing and fine‑tuning before handover.
• Support project handover by demonstrating system operation to clients.
• Coordinate with the technical team throughout project execution to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with smart home, ELV, low‑current or electrical installations.
• Previous on‑site work in residential or villa projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Basic understanding of networking and smart device connectivity.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and professional communication with clients.
• Ability to work neatly inside finished homes.
