SMB Account Executive

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for an SMB Account Executive to join its Small‑Medium Business team in the United Arab Emirates. You will support the team by developing and delivering reporting, cleaning data, and turning insights into actions that help partners grow.

Key responsibilities

• Pull, analyse and manipulate large data sets to generate business‑critical insights.
• Diagnose, resolve and report on key performance indicators for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Lead improvement actions for partners, working closely with the broader SMB team.
• Manage partner relationships on a case‑by‑case basis to unlock value.
• Support the Team Lead with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, including project and campaign tracking.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics or a related field (preferred).
• Experience using Excel, Google Sheets or other formula‑based tools.
• Self‑starter with a strong drive to meet monthly targets.
• Excellent communicator with a “get‑it‑done” mindset.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
