Social Analyst

We're on the hunt for a curious, sharp‑as‑a‑tack Social Analyst to help lead insights for one of the world's most ambitious destination brands. If your idea of reporting is dumping impressions into a spreadsheet and calling it a day, this isn't the gig for you. We need someone who can dive into a sea of social noise, spot the patterns, answer the why, and tell us what to actually do next.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Global Social Intelligence: own social listening, reporting, and performance tracking across key international markets.
• Connect the Dots: blend organic content, paid media, audience shifts, and wider business performance into one cohesive narrative.
• Feed the Creative Engine: provide strategists and creative teams with behavioral evidence to craft compelling briefs.
• Catch the Next Big Wave: spot emerging cultural conversations and viral moments early enough for the brand to act.
• Build Actionable Reports: deliver clean, decision‑focused reporting and benchmarks that track real progress over time.
• Filter Through EMOD: use Entertainment Principles (EMOD) to analyze what genuinely earns attention and drives engagement across regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in social analytics, social listening, research, or digital insights.
• Proven mastery of social listening tools, analytics dashboards, and advanced spreadsheet work (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Hands‑on experience tracking performance across multi‑market, global campaigns.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in travel, tourism, or similarly complex global consumer brands is a major plus.
