Social Media Account Director – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Astudio, the leading luxury creative and digital agency in the GCC, is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Social Media Account Director to head the strategy, content and performance for its key government clients. This senior position combines strategic insight, hands‑on execution and high‑level client partnership to deliver award‑winning campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the social media strategy for government accounts across the UAE and GCC.
• Lead the creation and execution of content, influencer collaborations and affiliate programmes.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce data‑driven insights and optimise campaigns against KPIs.
• Coordinate creative, content and performance teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing best practices and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with 7–10 years of experience in social media, preferably for luxury brands or government entities.
• Proven track record of delivering successful large‑scale campaigns.
• Strong client‑management and campaign‑planning capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑oriented mindset.
• Experience working in the GCC is a plus.
