Social Media Account Manager & Content Specialist

About the role

Arise Edge, a digital services agency in Dubai that builds websites and runs digital marketing campaigns, is expanding its team. It is looking for an Account Manager & Content Specialist to take ownership of client communication and content execution across several projects. The role suits someone confident with clients, highly organized and able to create strong, engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Understand client requirements and turn them into clear, actionable briefs
• Create content including captions, ideas and advertising scripts
• Develop content plans aligned with each client's objectives
• Coordinate with design, videography and production teams
• Attend client meetings and take part in project discussions
• Contribute to content direction during shoots and campaigns
• Ensure projects are delivered on time

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in content creation and social media
• Able to manage several projects and clients efficiently
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Dubai and able to work from the office
