Social Media & Community Lead (Remote)

About the role

Hytech is seeking a seasoned Social Media & Community Lead to own and evolve its global social presence. Working remotely, you will transform social channels into strategic platforms for brand building, customer engagement, and reputation management across fintech and financial services markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute differentiated strategies for Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of global channels, including content calendars, publishing cadence, formats and performance tracking.
• Establish and run engagement and escalation frameworks for comments, DMs, user feedback, complaints and reputation risks.
• Lead global and regional communities on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, driving meaningful interaction and relationship building.
• Partner with Customer Service, Product, Compliance and regional teams to resolve issues and feed insights back into product development.
• Define governance, account ownership, security, naming conventions and lifecycle management for all social accounts.
• Supervise Channel Managers, Community Managers and local social teams to ensure consistent standards across markets.
• Produce Voice of Customer (VoC) and community insight reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing social media and online communities at a global scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage remote stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning social data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
