About the role
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Specialist who loves Pilates, lives on social media and will help build our English‑language community while supporting our Italian channels when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage the editorial calendar for English social channels.
- Create posts, Reels and Stories that reflect the Pilates method and members’ experiences.
- Engage daily with the community by replying to comments and DMs.
- Cover Italian Instagram and Facebook when required, handling both content and community.
- Monitor performance and propose new ideas.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for Pilates and regular personal practice.
- Up to 2 years of experience in social media or community management.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Good eye for content and ability to create it.
- Organised, reliable and able to keep up with an active community.
