Social Media Content Creator (Aesthetic Healthcare)

About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will join our Abu Dhabi clinic to plan, produce, and publish engaging content that showcases our aesthetic medical services, educates patients, and builds brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and short‑form copy for posts and videos.
• Produce photo and video assets, using basic photography, videography, and editing tools.
• Coordinate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure accurate, compliant messaging.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding where appropriate.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, privacy, consent, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and staff to capture real‑time clinic and event content.

Required profile

• Strong experience creating and publishing content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Proficiency in visual production, including basic photography, videography, and editing with tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent English writing skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and adjust strategies for better reach and engagement.
• Interest in aesthetic or healthcare services and willingness to learn clinical terminology.
• On‑site availability, collaborative mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to privacy and ethical standards.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or equivalent practical experience.
