Social Media Content Creator (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

About the role

We are seeking a driven and creative Social Media Content Creator to own and grow our brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Based in Dubai, you will shape the brand’s identity, voice and visual direction while delivering engaging short‑form content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Create and manage a structured monthly content calendar.
• Produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, graphics, photography and written copy that align with brand guidelines.
• Identify trends, new formats and creative opportunities to expand reach.
• Coordinate content shoots with photographers, videographers, designers and internal teams.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
• Engage with the community by handling comments, DMs and audience interactions.
• Track analytics, extract insights and continuously refine the strategy.
• Support product launches, events, partnerships and broader marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve content creation, planning and productivity.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or branding with a strong portfolio.
• Passionate about brand building, visual storytelling and staying ahead of social trends.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking full ownership from concept to execution.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, especially short‑form video.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and AI‑driven content tools.
• Experience using social media management platforms.
• Strong visual identity and storytelling abilities.
