Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

As a Social Media & Content Executive you will be central to building and strengthening Burjline Builders' online presence. You will design creative social media strategies, produce engaging content, and use performance data to drive community growth in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate and schedule compelling content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and others while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms and cultural moments to produce timely, relevant content.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that reinforce brand messaging.
• Analyse social media metrics and adjust tactics proactively to improve reach and audience interaction.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries and encourage active participation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Excellent written English with meticulous attention to grammar and style.
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit and strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of taking ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media scheduling tools.
• Experience using analytics tools to track performance.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design software.
