Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

The Social Media & Content Specialist will shape and grow the online presence of Designhaus Collection and haus & haus Holidays. You will create platform‑native storytelling that boosts brand awareness, engages audiences, and supports broader business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish reels, stories, feed posts and other social‑first content for both brands.
• Write captions that reflect the brand tone and messaging.
• Support video production through filming and editing as needed.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and coordinate posts with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Founder, Marketing Manager, Production and Design teams on creative assets.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions across platforms.
• Assist in adapting organic content for paid social campaigns.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and use insights to refine future content.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other major platforms.
• Ability to manage a structured content calendar and work collaboratively.
• Creative, proactive attitude with a keen eye for trends.

Required skills

• Basic content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience creating short‑form video content, including filming and editing.
