Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

Haus & Haus Holidays is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of its brands, Designhaus Collection and haus & haus Holidays. The role develops content that strengthens brand awareness, grows engaged audiences and supports wider business objectives. Candidates must live in Dubai, hold a valid UAE driving licence and be comfortable driving to different locations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish reels, stories, feed posts and other social-first content for both brands
• Write captions that match the brand tone and messaging
• Support video content by filming and editing where required
• Maintain the monthly content calendar and coordinate posts with marketing campaigns and business priorities
• Work with the Founder and Marketing Manager on monthly priorities and calendars, and coordinate shoots and assets with Production and Design
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages, and support community engagement
• Help adapt organic content for digital and paid social campaigns
• Suggest new content ideas based on trends and emerging formats
• Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach and follower growth and use them to inform future content

Required profile

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Living in Dubai, with a valid UAE driving licence and willingness to drive to different locations
• Strong written communication skills and strong attention to brand tone
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and founders
• Organised, able to manage a structured content calendar, and able to balance creativity with data-driven decisions

Required skills

• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels and their best practices
• Basic content editing with tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express
• Basic understanding of social media advertising and paid campaigns
• Ability to track basic social media metrics
• Short-form video creation, filming, editing and optimisation for platforms
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
