Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager – Motorola (Middle East, Turkey, Africa)

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead Motorola’s social, digital and creator marketing agenda across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. The role focuses on building brand relevance through culturally resonant storytelling, influencer collaborations and data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional social‑first strategy for Motorola across META platforms, prioritising markets such as KSA, UAE, South Africa, Egypt and Türkiye.
• Lead integrated organic, paid, influencer and community campaigns, ensuring each initiative is grounded in consumer insight and commercial objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer and creator programmes, including strategy, talent identification, briefing, negotiation, content approval, amplification and performance analysis.
• Oversee content planning and creative development with internal teams and agency partners, guaranteeing localisation, platform‑native formats and brand safety.
• Define measurement frameworks, set KPIs, produce regular reports and provide optimisation recommendations to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with media teams to integrate paid and organic social efforts, improving reach, engagement, traffic and conversion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing within a regional or multi‑market context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead influencer and creator marketing programmes from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and reporting on campaign performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of advising senior leaders on social and digital strategy.
