Social Media & E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & E‑Commerce Executive to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The role combines the management of our brand’s social presence with the upkeep of product listings across online sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Plan, create and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Maintain and update product listings on e‑commerce platforms and the corporate website, ensuring accurate information, pricing and inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and e‑commerce operations.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
