Social Media Executive (Dubai)

About the role

As a Social Media Executive at Minimalist, you will support the execution of the brand’s social media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent, on‑brand, and performance‑driven digital presence. The role is based at the company’s headquarters in Dubai and works closely with the marketing team to amplify product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare basic reports to identify top‑performing content and optimization opportunities.
• Support e‑mail marketing efforts, including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to stay ahead of digital trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably within a UAE‑based eCommerce, fashion, luxury, or retail brand.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment, with an understanding of Emirati culture.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, G‑Suite, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for basic graphic creation.
