Social Media Executive

About the role

As a Social Media Executive at Minimalist, you will support the execution of the brand’s social media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent, on‑brand and performance‑driven digital presence. The role is based at the company’s headquarters in Dubai and works closely with marketing and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of social media strategies and maintain content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and launching social media campaigns linked to product launches, seasonal moments and brand objectives.
• Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach and conversion, and prepare basic reports to identify top‑performing content.
• Support e‑mail marketing efforts, including content drafting, list segmentation and scheduling using Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably within a UAE‑based eCommerce, lifestyle, fashion, luxury, retail or F&B brand.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to align tone with brand identity.
• Understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, G‑Suite and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with graphic design software, preferably Adobe Suite.
