Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will support Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sharjah by promoting the brand’s image and driving guest engagement across digital channels. This role combines sales techniques with hospitality service standards to attract and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote awareness of the Sheraton brand both internally and externally.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Communicate with potential owners and guests via telephone to arrange preview package tours.
• Explain tour details, verify eligibility, and encourage purchase of preview packages.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points or tickets to enhance guest experience.
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, and coaching staff while upholding company policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect guest privacy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in social media, sales, or hospitality marketing.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
