Social Media Executive

About the role

As a Social Media Executive at Minimalist, you will support the execution of the brand’s social media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent, on‑brand and performance‑driven digital presence. This full‑time position is based at the company’s headquarters in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments and brand goals.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare basic reports to identify top‑performing content.
• Support e‑mail marketing efforts, including content drafting, list segmentation and scheduling using Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to stay ahead of digital trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably within a UAE‑based eCommerce, lifestyle, fashion, luxury, retail or F&B brand.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, tone and brand alignment, with an understanding of Emirati culture.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, G‑Suite and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with graphic design software, preferably Adobe Suite.
