Social Media Executive - Nightlife

About the role

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Social Media Executive for its nightlife business in Dubai. The role creates, curates and manages content across social media, manages the online community and reviews, and keeps the brand's tone and messaging consistent. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Create, curate and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, highlighting dining and nightlife offerings and promotions.
• Elevate the online reputation by addressing guest concerns and responding to comments, questions and reviews on review platforms.
• Write engaging copy and video content, and review all content for accuracy, grammar and style.
• Follow a regular posting schedule and track social media metrics, preparing performance and analysis reports.
• Capture video content during photoshoots, events and activations.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Work with colleagues to develop and execute new event concepts.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of social media; previous experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube is a plus.
• Fluent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on hotel needs.
• Previous experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube is a plus.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Mastery of all social media platforms.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
