Social Media & Influencer Manager

About the role

You will own how Boat Trips Club appears on social media, creating content, managing influencer and creator partnerships, and building a trusted community that books with us. You will report directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and other social channels.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video and photos yourself, including on‑location at Dubai experiences.
• Run the influencer and creator program: sourcing, vetting, outreach, agreements and ensuring deliverables.
• Grow and manage the community through comments, DMs and a broadcast channel.
• Transform creator and customer content into posts, stories and social proof.
• Track performance metrics and report on what works.
• Leverage AI tools for ideas, captions, editing, scheduling and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing social media for a travel, tourism, hospitality or experiences brand.
• Strong short‑form video skills, shooting and editing your own content.
• Proven experience running influencer or creator collaborations with clear deliverables.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats, trends and performance drivers.
• Daily practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Clear written English.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and paid social is a plus.
